Each Friday the dough is made fresh, given a traditional 6 braid (we don't shortcut by stamping our loaves to make it look like it was braided), and allowed to rise for 4-5 hours.
The Challah loaves begin to come out of the oven at NOON ON FRIDAY.
We'll continue baking throughout the day, and they sell fast as they come out of the oven.
Feel free to call ahead if you'd like us to set some aside for you to pickup by 5:00.
